New Here?

We’re so glad you’re considering a visit to Northside Presbyterian Church. We are a place where the people in our community can be welcomed in, encouraged, and supported as they seek after God’s will for their life. We strive to bring the Gospel of Jesus to our neighbors, making a lasting impact on our city as we serve and love our people in Jesus’ name. By the grace of God, we look forward to growing as a church and seeing our community transformed by the power of Christ.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our Sunday morning services soon. Join us to meet new friends, be challenged by Biblical teaching, and find a place where you can truly belong. We can’t wait to meet you!

FAQ

Have questions? We have the answers!

WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH ARE WE?

We are a congregation of Reformed believers which seek to glorify God and make Christ known. Whether you are single or married with children, we would love for you to join us.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SERVICES?

Sunday morning services begin with Sunday School at 9:45 and Morning Worship at 11:00 AM. We are located at 473 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680. Our church is the “log cabin.”

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We have people who wear jeans and some who wear suits or dresses. We want you to come dressed in the way that best prepares you to worship God.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?

When you arrive you can expect to be greeted with warm smiles and an open door. Services begin promptly and there are ushers willing to help you find what you need and answer any questions you might have.

WHAT IS A SERVICE LIKE?

In our worship service we sing hymns and other songs. We will read from Scripture, pray, use responsive readings, and spend time hearing God’s word preached. The entire service lasts roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes. Our worship seeks to be biblical, thoughtful, participatory, and well-done.

The Lord’s Supper is observed on the first Sunday of each month.

HOW CAN I GET CONNECTED?

We are all about connecting with God and each other. There are four main ways to get connected: Attend a service, Join Us For A Fellowship Meal, Join a Small Group and Volunteer. If you haven’t already, take the first step and simply join us for a service.

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?

As a church, we invite children of all ages to be a part of the growing, thriving ministry of our church. We provide limited childcare during the sermon for those 3 yrs old and under at this time.
